Delivered within Area 53’s innovation hub at Fishermens Bend, the purpose-built suite of laboratories has been designed to support the evolving needs of science, technology and advanced manufacturing businesses.

The facility offers ready-to-occupy laboratories alongside contemporary meeting rooms, collaborative breakout spaces and dedicated back-of-house amenities, including dangerous goods storage and a loading bay.

Designed for adaptability, the accelerator labs can be configured to support a broad range of tenants and operational requirements.
