FDC are proud to announce that our redevelopment of George Place, at 345 & 363 George Street and 24 York Street, has been selected as part of the Sydney Open exhibition held by Sydney Living Museums. The exhibition is a celebration of architecture, allowing the public to go behind the scenes at more than 80 of the most significant, inspiring and historic buildings and spaces in Sydney.

Designed by Fender Kaltsalidis, the George Place redevelopment is a must-see feature of the exhibition. The project involved a dramatic transformation to create the new, supersized and unified lobby, which unites ground floor levels of the three buildings. Alongside the lobby and HIVE spaces, ISPT will open their offices on level 6 of 24 York Street. Visitors will be able to access ISPT’s private Dialogue & Flex spaces.
