FDC recently completed the fitout of CBRE’s corporate office located on Levels 20 and 21, 363 George Street, Sydney.
The 2,500sqm project was delivered to a 12 week program and included the construction of an interconnecting staircase between the two levels; new front of house reception with timber floor and formal and informal meeting areas. The fitout also included a bar and large entertaining area incorporating operable walls that can be closed to form four meeting rooms.
Significant detailed ceilings are a feature of the project, as are the innovative meeting pods and informal work zones.
