Coates Hire Limited is Australia’s largest equipment hire company with over 120 years experience supplying a wide variety of markets including Engineering, Building Construction and Maintenance, Mining, Manufacturing and Events.

FDC was engaged by Fitzpatrick Investments Pty Ltd to construct an office, storage and workshop facility for Coates.

The project was a Design & Construct contract that FDC delivered from concept through to completion.

The project handover was staged, with the external hardstand area being handed over as a priority to allow Coates to carry out a gradual relocation of their containers and sheds whilst the workshop and office facilities were completed.
