FDC Construction (NSW) were engaged by GS Hotel Developments under a Design and Construct contract for the construction of a new 144 room hotel.

This hotel is located in a prime location within the inner-east of Sydney sitting 100m up from Green Square Train station.

The construction project consists of the following:

  • Demolition of existing car service centre
  • Construction of 7 storey hotel including 144 designer hotels & suites
  • CafĂ© and restaurant
  • Outdoor seating along the O’Riordan Street frontage
  • Conference / function facility
  • Gymnasium
  • Lobby
  • Ground level parking for 5 cars, motorbikes and 12 bicycles
  • Dedication of land along O’Riordan Street for footpath widening
