Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA)

FDC have recently completed the fitout of a new office space for the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) located at 75 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

AACA is the national voice for architect registration boards around Australia. The organisation runs the Architecture Practice Examination, assesses overseas qualifications, provides alternative pathways to registration for locally experienced practitioners and overseas experienced architects, and facilitates international mutual recognition agreements.

The fitout covered 150sqm and included the strip out of existing offices and finishes, new floor finishes and joinery, a teapoint and breakout space including hydraulic services, a boardroom with Audio Visual system, an executive office and open workspace areas.

The installation of all new power, data and lighting was completed by FDC Technologies and modifications to all existing mechanical services were made by FDC Mechanical Services.

This project was delivered within a 4 week program in conjunction with Hassell and Aston Consulting.
