Colliers International, Chadstone

FDC (VIC) have recently completed the fitout of Colliers International’s Chadstone office, Tower 1, Level 7, 1,341 Dandenong Road.

Colliers International is a global commercial real estate services organisation with over 15,800 employees in more than 485 offices across 63 countries.

They deliver a full range of services to real estate users, owners and investors worldwide, including global corporate solutions, brokerage, property and asset management, valuation, consulting and appraisal services and insightful research.

The organisation serves the industrial, office, retail, hotel, rural and agribusiness, healthcare and retirement living and residential property sectors.

The design and construct project involved an internal office fitout in the new building, including boardroom, reception area, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, an open plan workstation layout to foster an agile working environment and furniture and tenancy relocation works from existing premises.

The project was in conjunction with ECM Group, Meinhardt, Floreancig Smith and Colliers Architecture.
