FDC (VIC) has completed the fitout of Colliers International Melbourne head office, Mezzanine & Level 30, 367 Collins St, Melbourne.

Colliers International is a global commercial real estate services organisation with over 15,800 employees in more than 485 offices across 63 countries. They deliver a full range of services to real estate users, owners and investors worldwide, including global corporate solutions, brokerage, property and asset management, valuation, consulting and appraisal services and insightful research.

The organisation serves the industrial, office, retail, hotel, rural and agribusiness, healthcare and retirement living and residential property sectors.

The 1,900sqm was split in stages and delivered in 20 weeks. The project included a new reception area, boardroom, break out and tea point, meeting rooms, workstation area, breakout space and deck.
