Complete Office Supplies (COS) is Australia’s largest privately owned office products supplier with over 5000 customers nationwide.
FDC were appointed as the D&C Contractor for the construction of their new office, car park and warehouse storage and distribution facility in Lidcombe, NSW.
The construction scope included a new 14,000sqm warehouse and the integrated refurbishment and extension of existing office accommodation, to provide a functional space for office staff. A new 3000sqm split level car park was also added.
FDC worked in full collaboration with the client and project team to deliver the project before the anticipated company relocation date, despite inclement weather and contamination delays on site.
