“FDC dedicated their time to understanding our dream and how we could use the space, which made us feel entirely supported and comfortable with decisions throughout the process.” – Entain Transformational Lead, Rochel Armit.
The recent refurbishment by FDC at Entain Australia’s Brisbane office was a total transformation. The office is now a vibrant, inspiring, and collaborative workspace loved by their entire team.
Spanning two full floors, the newly refurbished office features a range of upgraded facilities, including an upgraded call centre, over 400 workstations, a spacious 70-person training room, 24 casual and collaborative meeting spaces, an interactive media lounge, and a large café-style team kitchen and breakout area.
These new features contribute to creating a dynamic environment, fostering collaboration, creativity, and productivity.
The new design incorporates Entain’s new hybrid workplace approach. This includes standing table spaces, booth arrangements, and circular bench seating, allowing employees the flexibility of choice for their workspace.
The introduction of a co-shared workspace provides staff with opportunities for engagement between departments, increasing sociability and boosting staff morale.
Delivered while the office was fully operational, FDC ensured that a detailed staging plan was tightly managed and communication with the Entain team was prioritised. This approach ensured the project was executed successfully with no interruptions, allowing the construction to seamlessly coexist with the daily operations of the office.
The suspension of work during the Spring Racing Carnival brought complications to the project, however the project team exceeded their milestones to complete the project 10 days ahead of schedule.
Thank you to the project team and our project partners:
