Ette Restaurant

Blending timeless craftsmanship with modern design, the venue features solid hardwood finishes, striking black granite benchtops and bespoke brass detailing. Interchangeable joinery provides flexibility to seamlessly host both intimate gatherings and larger events, accommodating up to 100 guests.

At the heart of the dining experience is a climate-controlled walk-in wine room and an open kitchen – designed to offer both functionality and theatre – where guests can engage with the artistry of food and wine.

A project defined by precision and collaboration, the fitout reflects Ette’s ambition to deliver an elevated yet welcoming hospitality experience in one of Sydney’s most vibrant precincts.
