FDC Fitout & Refurbishment collaborated with architects Gray Puksand to complete both the make good refurbishment works and new fitout for the Sydney workspace. The interconnecting feature staircase is the centre piece to the front of house, surrounded by curved glass meeting rooms, both collaborative open plan and quiet workspaces, and a detailed ceiling designed to emulate water.

The fitout over levels 20 and 21 was delivered by FDC in a live environment. With the floors above and below both occupied throughout the 13-week project, extra planning and consideration was taken to ensure any particularly noisy works were carried out on weekends or out of normal business hours to avoid disruption.

This completed fitout provides a modern environment with natural materials and neutral colours that places workers wellbeing at the heart.
