FDC has completed the fitout of McInnes Wilson Lawyers office, levels 23, 24 and 25, 345 Queen Street, Brisbane.
The 4,000sqm project was delivered in two stages:
Separable Portion 1 – 20 weeks
Separable Portion 2 – 14 weeks
The project included the fitout of three floors including new partitions, ceilings, glazing, joinery, workstations, finishes, services, loose furniture, 5 inter-connecting conference rooms, meeting rooms, reception, breakouts, tea points, 65 individual office spaces, open plan work areas (95+), new toilet, PWD and showering amenities. New interconnecting stairs were also installed.
The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget in collaboration with Hassell, Medland Metropolis, Aurecon and ASK Consulting.
