FDC (QLD) have completed a fitout of Mirvac’s Brisbane headquarters, Level 17, Riverside Centre, 123 Eagle Street.
Mirvac is a leading, diversified Australian property group, with an integrated development and asset management capability.
The Queensland-inspired design aesthetic of the fitout creates a modern, welcoming work environment for Mirvac’s staff members. An open-plan agile work area provides capacity for 40 people, with 4 meeting rooms, 4 quiet rooms, a boardroom, various creative spaces and a staff café.
The design incorporates light style construction and framework, timber beading details to walls and ceiling, VJ panelling throughout and feature timber ceiling joists. The clean white finishes are complemented by warm timber flooring and furniture. Other features include terrazzo flooring with brass inlaid logo and a glazed operable wall.
FDC successfully delivered this project in conjunction with Amok Studio and Interior Engineering.
