Northern Customer Experience Transformation Centre (NCET)

FDC’s Brisbane team are proud to have successfully delivered an impressive three-floor fitout to house the new NCET (Northern Customer Experience Transformation Centre) for a valued government client. This project, accomplished via an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement, is the second one our team has delivered for this client in Brisbane.

This fitout was achieved in a speedy twelve-week program, with the main communications room handed over four weeks early and the second communications room completed the following week. These early handovers allowed our client’s internal IT team to test and commission the spaces well before practical completion.

FDC’s team worked tirelessly to successfully complete this project, relying on high quality and consistent communication to overcome the challenge of sharing the fitout spaces with another builder upgrading the building’s lifts and amenities at the same time.
