Peninsula Business Estate is an industrial facility in Daydream Street, Warriewood, constructed for Livpac Developments Pty Ltd and their tenant Amber Technology Ltd. Amber Technology is a major distributor of audio visual equipment for the private and commercial sectors.

This project was stage one of the three stage development and included the earthworks, services infrastructure and stormwater system for all three stages. The total site area is 29,790sqm with stage 1 consisting of 2,500sqm of warehouse and 3,000sqm of office space.

The integrated fitout was awarded to FDC 12 weeks prior to completion of the base building works and required significant co-ordination with Amber Technology’s architect to ensure all facets of the evolving design were encapsulated and completed within the same timeframe as for the base building.

The construction of a new road along with a 160m sewer main within Daydream Street was also completed without disrupting traffic or the neighbouring businesses. The works also entailed a major stormwater diversion and installation of extensive perimeter retaining walls.
