With expansive views towards both Sydney CBD and the Blue Mountains, the new commercial fitout for QBE Parramatta has been completed by FDC Fitout & Refurbishment at 32 Smith Street.
The design (Architect Group GSA), which is spread across 9 floors, provides staff with a luxurious and inviting space to work and hosts an impressive client facing entertainment area on level 25. Open plan, and fitted with a commercial kitchen, it is designed to welcome townhalls and catered events alike and leverages the outdoor terrace space to provide a truly unique offering in Parramatta.
The project also included the installation of two new inter-tenancy staircases and was completed whilst the building was still under construction. This saw FDC work collaboratively with Richard Crookes Constructions and GPT to complete the project effectively, on time and budget. The project aspired to, and achieved a 6 star Green Star accreditation.
Following project completion, FDC is delighted to now begin work on the fitout of QBE Newcastle.
