Targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating, the 74,000sqm site comprises a large-scale processing centre complete with VNA racking and automated conveyor systems, as well as two- and three-storey office blocks and extensive dock areas all services by an 800kW solar power system.

Proposed initially to accommodate 300-400 staff, the facility has been designed and constructed to cater for future developments in the industry, including automated functionality with Fmin60- and FM2-compliant concrete slabs throughout the warehouse.

With a focus on occupant comfort, achieved through provision of temperature control in the warehouse space and superior office amenities including a contemplation room, mothers’ rooms and enhanced indoor/outdoor breakout spaces, the facility will service the growing network of TK Maxx stores across Australia.
