Toll NQX

FDC (QLD) has recently completed the construction of a 36,000sqm warehouse with 82,000sqm of external concrete hardstand, 5,000sqm of office space across two buildings, vehicle workshop and maintenance building, facility gatehouse and multiple refuelling stations for Australia’s largest provider of transport and logistics, Toll Group, at 59 Forest Way, Karawatha.

The new facility is the largest pallets and oversize freight depot Toll Group operates anywhere in the world. It has been designed to provide the absolute safest working environment, which is essential in such a labour-intensive industry.

The project was executed over 55 weeks in collaboration with developer GPT Property Trust along with their project manager: Project Strategies and Toll’s client project manager, Gallagher Jeffs.

This is the latest of a long list of projects that FDC has successfully delivered for Toll across the eastern states.
