Creating a vibrant and elevated experience for shoppers, the delivery of the Valley Central Shopping Centre Redevelopment Project was a demonstration of exceptional communication and leadership skills, achieving a high standard of quality and a proud project outcome.

Internal and external works were undertaken to accommodate the addition of Fountain Valley Medical Centre, Happy Valley Dental, REVO Fitness, and associated specialty shops, whilst providing the existing centre with an upgraded fitout and services upgrade, new facade, roof replacement, new main front entrance tower, undercover promenade seating along the front of the centre, and associated carpark and landscaping works.

Each stage of construction was meticulously planned, working closely with all stakeholders, to ensure the safety and accessibility for all. This project was delivered while the shopping centre remained fully operational. Close collaboration with all stakeholders was fundamental to ensuring that there was minimal disruption to shoppers, tenants, and the general public.
