Originally constructed in 1993 and formerly home to ANZ Brank, 100 Queen Street, Melbourne, has recently undergone a remarkable transformation.
FDC is proud to have delivered Hall & Wilcox’s new workplace within this iconic building, which has been revitalised through an adaptive reuse project to achieve a 6-Star Green Star Rating.
Spanning four levels, each approximately 900 square metres, the new office is designed to foster collaboration and connection. The fitout includes an intertenancy staircase, a semi-commercial catering kitchen, breakout and collaborative zones, an open office layout, and warm, welcoming client-facing spaces.
FDC is proud to support Hall & Wilcox’s ongoing commitment to social impact. Notably, 20% of the total project spend was directed to diverse suppliers, including Indigenous businesses, social enterprises, and women-owned companies.
