Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick’s Melbourne tenancy has been completely transformed, delivering a modern, collaborative workplace designed to support over 100 staff. This full refurbishment blends functionality, technology and design to create a space that reflects the firm’s forward-thinking brand.

The project involved demolition, upgraded electrical, data and mechanical systems and a reimagined layout featuring open-plan workstations, perimeter offices, bespoke joinery, integrated lockers and a vibrant breakout space. Multiple meeting rooms equipped with advanced audiovisual technology ensure seamless client engagement, executive meetings and presentations.

High-quality finishes throughout – from flooring and ceilings to wall treatments – elevate the space, while the Front of House stands out as a striking feature. With a feature ceiling, timber joinery, tiled and carpet flooring and statement lighting, this area creates a professional and welcoming first impression.
