FDC is proud to present the completed modernisation of the lobby, forecourt and End of Trip facilities at 12 Moore Street, Canberra.

Aimed at breathing new life into the building, one key feature includes the addition of contemporary wall paneling and furniture to the lobby.

Construction of a new bike storage and maintenance area was also completed, along with new lockers and upgrades to the existing End of Trip facilities.

Other notable works included a roof upgrade to the external cafe, new external signage, and external repainting and re-cladding on the ground and basement levels.

A standout element of the project is the rejuvenation of the forecourt. Modern landscaping and the addition of new street furniture are complemented by the new feature art mural.

The mural injects colour into an otherwise grey forecourt and, when combined with the street furniture and fresh greenery, invites city workers and pedestrians to use the public realm attached to 12 Moore Street.

FDC’s ACT team successfully delivered this project for AMP Capital in conjunction with Nettletons Tribe, Diadem, McKenzie Group and Grosvenor.
