FDC (SA) are pleased to report completion of the refurbishment of 290 Glen Osmond Road, Adelaide, SA. The project included the demolition of the existing ground floor tenancies, the foyer and amenities. Included as part of the project was the construction and fitout of a new tenancy for financial services group, Johnston Grocke

Project Features

  • Installation of a modern glass lift and shaft
  • Metal staircase with new concrete landings
  • Creation of a striking, sleek façade, using CFC cladding and structural steel framing
  • Mechanical upgrade for existing level 1 tenants
  • Building was tenanted on level 1 for the duration of the project
