303 Sevenoaks Street

FDC have completed the building refurbishment works at 303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington (WA).

The Charter Hall property underwent major upgrades including a new end of trip facility and bike storage area, upgrades to lobbies and amenities, exterior atrium, and a new reception and café area. The refurbishment works were completed to modernise and reinvigorate the building for its tenants and their patrons.

The fully tenanted building remained accessible for the entire duration of the works, with some areas requiring 24/7 access.

Heavy staging and shift work were required in order to achieve project completion within a 42 week program.

The project was delivered in collaboration with building owners Charter Hall, project managers APP, architects Woods Bagot and engineering consultants NDY.
