With the aim to create a comfortable and casual yet professional space, BAI Communication’s new office space in North Sydney reflects their innovative and collaborative approach.

The 700sqm fitout houses new meeting spaces, quiet rooms and open workspaces with new joinery throughout. Due to the building staying operational during the project, there was careful consideration and coordination to avoid minimal disruption for the existing tenants.

Over the past 5 years, FDC has delivered projects for SAP, Qualtrics, EssilorLuxottica, Indue and Nest, totalling 9 floors of completed Fitouts within 1 Denison. Leveraging FDC’s extensive experience throughout 1 Denison, our project and in-house design team were able to ensure a smooth delivery.
