Designed to support BDO’s evolving workplace needs, FDC delivered a three-level fitout at 30 Pirie Street, transforming 3,150sqm into a cohesive, future-ready environment.

As our third project with BDO, the fitout reflects a trusted partnership and a consistent, high-quality approach across their national portfolio.

A key feature of the space is the reimagined inter-tenancy staircase, enhanced with bespoke lighting and refined finishes to strengthen both visual connection and movement between levels.
