Clifford Chance

After being recommended due to the completion of an impressive fitout in the same building, FDC were engaged by Clifford Chance in early 2022 to deliver a fitout aimed at providing an open and interactive design whilst simultaneously providing the necessary privacy for a law firm.

Situated within the Brookfield Place building on 10 Carrington Street in Sydney, the completed fitout covers an expansive area of 3,000sqm, spanning both the 23^rd and 24^th floors.

It features a range of standout areas, including a welcoming reception area, front of house meeting spaces, quiet rooms collaboration spaces, kitchenettes, wellness areas, and open plan smart storage workstations.

The front of house meeting rooms on Level 24 have been specifically designed to provide high levels of visual privacy and acoustic treatment, ensuring confidentiality. Additionally, an open plan café/bar space was delivered on the same floor.

The space was delivered via an Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) meaning FDC was present throughout all stages of the project, working hand in hand with Clifford Chance to deliver a highly personalised outcome.

The recent Clifford Chance fitout is targeting a 6 Star Green Star and Fitwell initiatives.
