The Coopers Shop, located at 78 Penfold Road, Magill, SA, is a 1,000sqm, 3 floor refurbishment and fitout project, with a heritage listed facade. Interior works involved creating an open-plan office space, new internal stairs, new passenger lift, new DDA compliant chair lift, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and refurbishing bathrooms. The façade was retained and protected during the project, with remedial works undertaken to the existing windows, brickwork and paint finish at the end of the program.
Cellar 24’s 595sqm refurbishment involved creating an open-plan workstation area, meeting rooms, breakout space and refurbishing the existing bathrooms.
The total refurbishment for both spaces was completed in 16 weeks in conjunction with V-Arc, BCA Engineers and CPR Consulting Engineers.
