FDC have recently completed a two-level refurbishment of DibbsBarker Sydney at 123 Pitt Street.
The 2,500sqm refurbishment and fitout was completed in 26 weeks and included a full services upgrade to the 2 levels.
The project included a new front-of-house reception area, collaborative breakout spaces, a commercial kitchen, 2 balcony areas and 2 refreshed lift lobbies. All works were staged in order to maintain live office areas.
