Status

FDC (VIC) completed the construction of a new Homemaker Centre at Altona North.

The 16,500sqm under roof project was delivered within 36 weeks and involved the construction of Building B; a standalone Bunnings store and Building C; a multi-tenancy building that houses Officeworks, JB HI FI, Petstock, PetVet and Repco.

The project was completed within budget and in conjunction with ERA Architects, FMG Engineering and SPP Group.
