Previously spread across several locations, Nexia Sydney’s new office delivered by FDC has united teams under the one roof.
The 2,750sqm space – located at 2 Market Street, Sydney – promotes collaboration and boosts wellbeing through its modular workspaces, beautifully-appointed open-plan kitchen/cafe facilities, boardrooms, and a completely redesigned front-of-house area to accommodate client interactions and events for their professional services offerings.
All areas of the workspace integrate smart controls for lighting, temperature, and audio-visual systems, as well as video-conferencing facilities, fostering connectivity and efficiency throughout.
The brief was to fitout a space that enhances the abundance of natural light, accentuating the views overlooking Darling Harbour for staff and clients, with a natural palette connected to the outdoors, and providing a place of work that is both enjoyable and effective to work in, and for their clients to visit.
