FDC Construction & Fitout have completed the $172M Tuggeranong Office Project (Department of Social Services). Tuggeranong Office Park located on Athllon Drive, Tuggeranong is located 25 kilometres south of Canberra’s city centre.

With capacity for 2,500 staff, the 38,400sqm DSS building is a world-class environment with connectivity and efficiency at its core. As a testament to its thoughtful design, the development is aiming for a 5 Star Green Star rating and minimum 4.5 Star NABERS rating.

Project Features

  • New 6 storey office tower + basement
  • Over 30,400sqm of net lettable office space, basement car parking, tenant storage, café, large central atrium, and rooftop BBQ facilities
  • Integrated fitout for the Department of Social Services including meeting room areas, break out spaces, and over 2000 work points with suitable flexibility in building infrastructure to support tenant churn
