FDC Construction & Fitout were engaged by Cromwell Property Group under a Design & Construct Lump Sum contract for the construction of a new 187 room Vibe Hotel as part of major redevelopment of the Northpoint site in North Sydney.

Filling the gap for premium accommodation in North Sydney, Vibe Hotel guestrooms adopt modern and stylish finishes.

The 4.5-star hotel is operated by TFE Hotels and features a sophisticated rooftop pool and bar with sweeping views of city skylines, excellent fitness facilities and four flexible meeting and conference room options catering to 120 people.

The hotel’s public lounge and bar areas have both AC and USB power outlets as well as versatile meeting rooms for the convenience of business travellers.
