Level 4 of 44 Martin Place in the heart of Sydney’s CBD has been transformed into flexible and modern spec suites to accommodate a wide range of tenants.
Designed by FDC’s internal design team, the “Refraction” design concept echoed the fluid curves that define the interior, capturing the interplay of shifting natural light and the fusion of modern and heritage elements.
The 870sqm fitout features a mixture of private and collaborative spaces, workstations and a breakout area.
The Level 4 spec suites are the fourth project that FDC has delivered within 44 Martin Place with our experience ensuring a smooth delivery within a live environment.
