Designed by Architectus, for Architectus, Level 11 of the Riverside Centre at 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane is now their new home. The space is a modern, open-plan studio that supports activity-based working and inspires creativity every day.
The fitout combines exposed ceilings and services, polished concrete floors, bespoke joinery and curved glass walls to deliver a refined, contemporary environment. Flexible work zones, quiet areas, sit-stand desks and breakout spaces ensure the studio reflects the way people want to work today, with wellbeing, adaptability and collaboration at its core.
Sustainability underpins the design, with digital-first workflows, low-carbon materials and an activity-based model that maximizes efficiency.
For the 150+ staff who use the space daily, the new headquarters is more than a workplace. It is a hub that celebrates openness, fosters innovation and reinforces the culture and clues of Architectus.
