Omnicom Oceania’s new Melbourne hub is redefining what a workplace can be.
Purpose-built for performance, collaboration and growth, the space represents a shift from offices as traditional workspaces to dynamic environments that drive culture, creativity and success.
Delivered within the heritage-listed “Pink House” on Bourke Street, the hub brings to life CEO Nick Garrett’s vision of “an exceptional space built for connection, big ideas and greater impact for our clients.”
Inside the 1930s pink facade, a contemporary workspace blends restored heritage with modern functionality. The original Coles door now features on the mezzanine, connecting old and new. Open work zones, breakout spaces and sound-controlled studios support every mode of working, with a purpose-built production wing for recording, editing and photography at scale.
