At 5 Martin Place in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, WHLE Lawyers’ new workplace brings together the firm’s heritage with a contemporary, future-focused environment.
Spanning 11,000sqm across five floors, the project delivers flexible workspaces for more than 1000 people, integrated building services and the careful refurbishment of a heritage ballroom.
A considered material palette of natural stone and leather reflects the building’s character while supporting a modern, functional workplace. The result is a light-filled environmental designed to support collaboration, strengthen connection and provide a premium experience for both staff and clients.
Working within a live, occupied building, FDC partnered closely Project Manager and Design Firm, Graham Nicholas, the client and stakeholders to plan and stage the works, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption throughout delivery.
