FDC is proud to have delivered two purpose-built logistics facilities for our client, strengthening their operations across Greater Sydney.
The project includes a 20,000m² Technology Warehouse, a 17,500m² Transport Warehouse and 2,220m² of integrated office space, supported by extensive hardstand and car parking. Designed for high-value technology and high-volume freight, the facilities provide the speed, flexibility and capacity needed to support thousands of customers every day.
A defining feature of the project is the bespoke office façade, crafted from repurposed hardwood trusses salvaged from the 1920s Lidcombe Tramsheds. It’s a detail that reflects our Made Personal approach, combining sustainability, craftsmanship and a strong sense of place.
Behind the scenes, smart engineering solutions including climate-controlled HVAC systems, warehouse louvres and optimised civil design, ensure the facilities operate efficiently today and are ready for the future.
