Purpose-built to support the full production lifecycle, Autex Acoustics’ new integrated headquarters brings together manufacturing, warehousing, showroom and office functions within a single high-performing facility.
The 1,600sqm office and showroom operates as both a functional workplace and a live demonstration of Autex’s solutions, showcasing how sound, materials and construction can enhance focus, collaboration and wellbeing. This connects directly to the adjoining 8,763sqm distribution warehouse, which features recessed loading docks with automated, safety-interlocked truck restraint systems.
Sustainability was a key focus throughout, incorporating carbon-neutral acoustic panels manufactures from 3.6 tonnes of recycled plastic – equivalent to over 360,000 water bottles.
This project marks the third completed within Essendon Fields’ Hart Precinct, alongside Modscape and Dutton One.
