Designed by Studio Tate and delivered by FDC, the new Australian Institute of Company Directors Sydney at N1 Martin Place included the part fitout of Level 4 and complete fitout of Level 5. Both floors have created a modern, inclusive workplace that supports collaboration, wellbeing and flexibility for the AICD team, its members and their guests.

Across the two levels, the space brings together focused work floors, adaptable training and meeting environments, social hubs, member lounges and thoughtfully designed support spaces. Every element has been carefully considered from accessibility and inclusive design, to technology-enabled spaces that support connection and productivity.

A standout feature is the respectful celebration of Aboriginal culture with Indigenous art and storytelling integrated throughout the workplace to create a strong sense of place and connection.
