Inspired by the peregrine falcons that have nested at 367 Collins Street for more than three decades, the lobby refurbishment draws on the grace, rhythm and dynamic movement of these iconic birds in flight. This design inspiration is expressed through a dramatic architectural ceiling installation that spans the length of the lobby and arrival spaces. Comprising 3,136 individual aluminium tubes extending more than 7,354 linear metres, the sculptural feature creates a striking sense of motion and establishes a distinctive visual identity that enhances the arrival experience for tenants and visitors alike.

The refurbishment forms part of a broader repositioning of the building, delivering a contemporary workplace experience that balances functionality, wellbeing and hospitality. Landscaped Winter Gardens provide inviting spaces for informal meetings, relaxation and connection, while a new café operated by MAKER Coffee brings a vibrant food and beverage offering to the ground floor. Enhanced End of Trip facilities support active commuting with upgraded amenities designed for convenience and comfort.

Premium meeting suites and collaborative workspaces have also been introduced to accommodate a range of working styles, complemented by refreshed amenities throughout the building. Further improvements to the Flinders Lane entrance, including new external stairs, integrated seating and upgraded landscaping, have strengthened the connection between the building and the surrounding public realm, creating a more welcoming and engaging experience from arrival through to destination.
