Allianz Australia’s new workplace at Victoria Cross provides a contemporary new office in North Sydney designed to support greater collaboration, flexibility and connection while fostering a strong sense of community across the business.

Spanning across two levels, the workplace provides a diverse range of settings to support the needs of a modern workforce, including dedicated, workstations, quiet rooms, meeting spaces, breakout areas and training facilities. A state-of-the-art AV system and distinctive coffer lighting detail contribute to a highly functional and considered workplace environment.

Delivered over 16 weeks, the project reflects Allianz Australia’s commitment to creating a workplace experience centred on its people, supporting flexibility, wellbeing and performance while balancing focused work, collaboration and connection within one of Sydney’s newest commercial precincts.
