Given its proximity to Central Station and the Queensland Rail tunnel network, the Turbot Place – 179 Turbot Street lobby refurbishment took please under stringent vibration and excavation management parameters.
The refurbishment of nine lift cars, electronic displays, feature stone walls, ground floor co-working space, new cafe and lounge space were all complete with tenant collaboration in mind.
Close collaboration with all stakeholders was fundamental to the delivery of this project.
