Positioned in the heart of South Brisbane, 100 Melbourne Street required a lobby refresh and multi floor makegood, leaving a blank canvas to attract new tenants to move in.
To meet the building owner’s new requirements, FDC transformed the space from an originally single-tenant space, to accommodate multiple tenancies. The top two floors of this 6-storey repositioning was delivered in just 9 weeks.
The new lobby was rebuilt with a secure site interface and features a high-end reception and lounge with luxurious stone finishes. In line with FDC’s commitment to sustainability, the loose furniture from all 6 floors was re-purposed and re-homed to an FDC community partner, The University of Queensland Cricket Club.
