Over the past 4 years, FDC has delivered over 24,000sqm of on floor make good works within 477 Pitt Street. Expanding our portfolio within the hero Sydney CBD building, the recent delivery for ISPT encompasses four speculative suites, spanning two floors.
Curved timber wall paneling, gold leaf cork wall linings, curved plaster ceilings and custom timber batten ceilings frame the suites which contain meeting rooms, break out spaces, collaboration zones and quiet rooms.
With capacity to comfortably accommodate between 30 – 50 staff per suite and with sweeping views over the Sydney CBD, the speculative suites offer potential tenants a different look and feel and cater to a range of businesses.
FDC’s knowledge of the building and experience and the wider project stakeholder group ensured a smooth delivery and result for ISPT.
