757 Ann Street’s Lobby required a refresh to provide collaborative space for their tenants to enjoy and to compliment the aesthetics of the building’s popular rooftop bar, Maya Mexican.
The lobby refurbishment features several beautiful finishes to compliment the building’s market position. Custom Sculptform timber look aluminium battens, stone accents, 161sqm of terrazzo filing, and new free standing building directory are among the design highlights.
Under time pressures that restricted early morning shift to three hours and only two nights per week for night shifts, FDC needed ways to compress the installation time while complying with the stringent fire ratings. An innovative shaftwall system and all terrain scissor lift were among the solutions allowing for an on-time delivery.
