FDC has recently completed the construction of Brooke Withers Swim School at Warriewood.
The facility includes a 25m lap pool and a 7m children’s pool. The tenancy also involved the construction of a reception area and café, mezzanine office and large amenities (toilets, showers, change rooms etc.)
FDC delivered the project in collaboration with SBA Architects, Northrop Engineers, Woods & Grieve Engineers and Exova Warrington Fire.
