FDC (QLD) have completed the fitout of Hub Australia’s Anzac Square coworking space, 200 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.

Hub is Australia’s largest Australian owned and operated coworking provider, with locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. It was launched in 2011 as a solution to connect people and organisations with talents, ideas, and resources to achieve their goals.

Set across three floors within the iconic Anzac Square Building, heritage elements include mouldings, bulkheads and marble are prominently incorporated throughout. The scope includes a central concierge and reception area, a large communal kitchen, breakout games area, private offices, meeting rooms and boardrooms, and open-plan working spaces. The fitout also features an ‘escape room’ with virtual reality headsets, and media room for producing podcasts.

FDC successfully delivered this project in conjunction with Alkimi Studio and Aston Consult.
